A wildly exotic golden brew full of classic toasty oolong notes and a burst of citrus flavour.
In China orange blossom was traditionally given by young men to young women as a token of their affection and their desire for love to blossom between them. When the two were married the bride would incorporate orange blossom into her wedding outfit to symbolise the purity of the union. Here we've used delicate orange blossom to sweeten a fine Chinese oolong tea and we think you'll agree it is a perfect marriage of flavours.
1 tsp per cup in water at 95°c for 4-6 mins
