At Red Leaf Tea we want to maintain the highest standards of quality and service for all orders. Everyone of our packages are prepared by hand to ensure they arrive in perfect condition every time. But on the rare occasion that an order is damaged in transit, we'll replace it.
If you are returning an item to us; whether it's due to an error on our part, delivery damage or because you are not completely satisfied please let us know why and we'll advise how and where to send it to receive a replacement item or refund.
At Red Leaf Tea we want every customer to be happy with their Tea Spot products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tea Spot purchase for any reason, please contact us. You may exchange any Steepware items for a full merchandise value credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will not offer exchanges for ceramic products broken upon use. As a food item, tea purchases cannot be returned. Please follow the instructions below for product exchanges.
1. Send an email to customer service firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a product return authority. Please include the order number your return relates to as well as your name, address and contact phone number along with details of the product or products you wish to return and the reason you are seeking a return.
We will respond to your request within two days.
2. If your return is due to a fault with the product or the incorrect product being delivered then postage costs will be covered by Red Leaf Tea, if the return is due to an ordering error or a change of mind shipping charges will be your responsibility.

3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will provide a replacement, store credit or a refund as appropriate.
