The Irish drink their tea very black and very strong and it's with this in mind that we have crafted our Irish Breakfast tea from a traditional recipe; blending rich, malted orange pekoe leaves from Ceylon and Assam, northern India to create the perfect bold, coppery liquor. Irish Breakfast is a great way to start the day; it's bolder and less bitey than English Breakfast with a bold taste and more heart.
1 tsp per cup in water at 95°c for 3-4 mins
With milk or honey and lemon as desired.
