Character

The liquor is light amber-colored, largely mellow, sweet, and carries that invigorating aroma of burnt sugar.

Story

The 800 acre Castleton tea estate was first established by Dr. Charles Graham in 1885 and is one of the 87 certified tea estates of Darjeeling. It is located above 1000 meters in the Kurseong valley where it is frequestly shrounded in mist and derives it's name from the Bank Ghar building near the tea garden which resembles a Castle. The garden grows a more delicate tea than other Darjeeling estates with a rose like fragrance and a flavour similar to muscat wine.

1 tsp per cup in water at 95°c for 3-4 mins
