A classic green tea with a surprising and captivating floral taste not found in any other teas.
The Jasmine flowers are picked at dawn when the buds are still tightly closed and stored until the late afternoon when we blend them with a fine Chinese green tea just in time for the jasmine buds to open and release their aroma into the tea. The process is repeated several times over several days to ensure the fragrance from the Jasmine blossom is perfectly mixed throughout creating a mellow flavour and a sweet yet savoury after taste.
1 tsp per cup in water at 80°c for 2-3 mins
