A golden copper brew from a medium strength breakfast tea with the distinct flavour of the Daintree region.
The rich volcanic soils of the Daintree Rainforest is home to the Cubbagudta tea plantation where the Nicholas family have been growing the world famous Daintree black tea for almost 30 years. The earthy flavour of the leaves is very distinct and unique to tea grown in this part of the world and yet despite its appearance and aroma it is lower in caffeine than almost any other black tea, it is for this reason that we blend the tea with a late summer harvested Assam from the renowned Greenwood Estate to produce a big, bold breakfast bouquet
1 tsp per cup in water at 90°c for 3-4 mins
On it's own or with milk or sugar as desired.
