A bold Earl Grey with trademark notes of citrus and the hints of floral lavender.
It all starts with a blend of fine quality Chinese and Ceylon black teas then we add real Madagascan vanilla pieces and finally sprinkle in lavender from a Côte d'Azur in Southern France. There's more to this tea than the sum of it's parts, while backpacking around the Amalfi coast we found ourselves at Saraceno d'Oro an amazing cafe in the hills around the village of Positano, where, after a little too much wine and lemoncello, our dessert arrived the most incredible vanilla and lavender panna cottacotta. Every sip of this tea takes us back to that cafe and brings with it a smile and now we have the opportunity to share that experience with everyone.
1 tsp per cup in water at 95°c for 3-4 mins
With milk or honey and lemon as desired.
