A bright and coppery brew with a soft flavour with an unmistakable note of vanilla.
Something warm, delicious and wonderful has happened to breakfast teas!
First we blended together two of our favourite black teas; a medium body Orange Pekoe from the mountain tea estates of Ceylon and from the Yunnan province of China a golden tipped black tea with a creamy aroma and smooth taste. Then we add just the right mix of Madagascan vanilla pieces and oils to create the perfect rich aroma and velvety smooth taste of our favourite breakfast tea, ideal with a French pastry or two on a lazy lazy Sunday morning.
1 tsp per cup in water at 95°c for 3-4 mins
With milk or honey as desired.
