StoryWhen it came time for us to develop a new breakfast tea blend we decided to name it after the historic Kensington palace. For nearly two hundred years English monarchs resided in the Palace of Whitehall located on the banks of the Thames River in London until Mary 2nd and William 3rd jointly ascended to the throne in 1689. They purchased Nottingham House a mansion located in Kensington village adding wings and an extensive garden in the Dutch style and formally creating Kensington Palace. To commemorate this grandeur we have prepared a special blend using a precise combination of Assam and Kenyan leaves and a dash of safflower petals to produce a wonderfully rich and malty breakfast blend fit for a king or queen.
